QUALITY POLICY OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH INSTITUTE OF ANIMAL HUSBANDRY OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN - ISO 9001:2015
OUR QUALITY POLICY:
The policy of the Scientific Research Institute of Animal Husbandry in the field of quality is based on having qualified and motivated personnel, development, and the results of the work done as a research organization.
OUR STRATEGIC GOAL:
Our strategic goal is to take a leading position in the market for scientific research, application of scientific achievements, and training of scientific personnel in the field of animal husbandry, gaining a reputation as an honest, reliable, and long-term partner.
TO IMPLEMENT THE INTENTIONS IN THE FIELD OF QUALITY, THE MANAGEMENT OF THE ORGANIZATION ASSUMES THE FOLLOWING OBLIGATIONS:
Complying with the requirements;
Constantly improving the quality management system;
Not taking decisions and actions contrary to the policy and goals in the field of quality;
Ensuring the unity of goals in the implementation of the organization's activities;
Identifying and providing resources to achieve goals;
Clearly dividing the responsibility and authority of employees in all processes;
Providing the internal environment and relevant conditions in which each employee can realize his abilities, is interested in improving the activity of his department (organization), and can get satisfaction from the assigned work and its assessment.
BASIC PRINCIPLES OF OPERATION:
Directing all departments to achieve the set goals;
Deep and systematic analysis of data to make effective decisions;
Application of risk-based thinking;
Evaluation of the quality of work by the degree of customer satisfaction;
Improvement of the system of training and professional development of specialists, forming the understanding among employees that the high reputation of the institute and the financial well-being of each employee are the most important factors.
It was approved by the Decision of the Scientific and Technical Council of the Scientific Research Institute of Animal Husbandry on June 23, 2022.
